McCafé Moment of the Week. Each week, Foreman Dan and the McCafé baristas surprised one contestant who had gone above and beyond with some well-earned recognition — and $5,000 towards their budget.

Execution

Contestants thought they were simply stopping by McCafé for a coffee, only to be surprised with some kind words about a standout moment from their week and a $5,000 prize. A simple coffee run became a chance to recognise the hard work happening behind the scenes.
